Bob-Voyage!
Signalysis is proud (and a little sad) to announce the official retirement of its patriarch “NASA Bob” Coleman. Bob is stepping away from his daily responsibilities to more fully enjoy the fruits of a long and illustrious career and life well lived!
Bob’s career was literally launched in 1960 on the Polaris solid rocket motor. For the next sixty years Bob would put his expertise and experience to work for the US Navy, NASA, SDRC, and finally Signalysis. Throughout his career Bob has made invaluable contributions to the world of physics, science, engineering, and testing. In October, 1993 Bob was presented with NASA’s prestigious “Silver Snoopy Award” for contribution to Space Shuttle Orbiter damage detection using advanced vibration technology.

Now its Your Turn
Signalysis videographer, Craig Coleman, eldest grandson of Bob Coleman (or “NASA Bob” as some of you may know him) will be putting together a powerful and sentimental video message for Bob.
The idea is to collect short video messages, best wishes, stories, etc. from Bob’s friends and past co-workers and compile them into a single video. In todays world, apps like ZOOM or TEAMS help bring people together while maintaining social distance. However, we’re looking for something a little more intimate or candid.
Craig will help assemble stories into one, big, heart-warming message for Bob to enjoy and reflect on during retirement. Here’s how you can participate:
• If you have a cellphone or webcam, please record a quick video or audio message sharing your best wishes, thoughts or stories.
• You can email them to Craig or upload your message to an online cloud-based drive.
• It can be as simple or as creative as you want! The Sky is the limit! (Tik Tok, Instagram, Etc.)
Thank you. We look forward to hearing from everyone and appreciate your participation!
