To deliver the ultimate solution experience to our customers with unsurpassed integrity!

Family gatherings, parties, and maybe some snow… for many of us this is the best time of the year. Don’t let product quality issues get in the way of what is sure to be a special Holiday Season. Signalysis test systems identify part quality flaws and specification issues before they leave the production line. Want to learn more? Follow the link below or contact:

Crack & Weld Inspection

The Dinger is a fast, yet sensitive NDT system used for batch or 100% inspection of raw or machined metal cast, fabricated, sintered, forged, die cast, or ceramic parts. Built on our IQC foundation in daily production use by customers worldwide and has tested over a million parts, Dinger allows you to dramatically improve the shipped quality, by quickly and reliably identifying parts with either global or local manufacturing defects. Common industry applications include impeller blades, welds, drive shafts, damping tubes, camshafts, crankshafts, brake rotors, brake pads, and more.

Tech Paper

Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) analysis was under development as a standard data processing method in the early 1960’s.  SRS was initially used by U.S. Department of Defense engineering contractors and government R&D facilities.  Dr. Irwin Vigness of the U.S. Navy Research Lab did much to establish the method as an indicator of mechanical shock severity.

Giving Back to the Community

The Signalysis team came together earlier this summer to help our neighbors through St. Vincent DePaul’s (SVDP) Run for the Poor. The organization supports families with clothing, home furnishings, transportation, and related donations. In all we were proud to contribute $1,200 to this worthy cause!

Here event representative (and Signalysis consultant) Jerry Nieb presents Signalysis President Neil Coleman with a prize for corporate participation.
