HVAC Sample
HVAC

The IQC measurement system acquires dynamic response data using a defined set of transducers, sample rates, digital filters and sample size. The IQC analysis engine uses high-level post-processing in both the time and frequency domains to detect faults in actuators, drive motors, gear systems, and other mechanical/moving parts during HVAC operation.

Brake Rotor Testing

The IQC Brake Rotor/Drum Test system is designed for 100% Resonance Frequency Inspection. Brake Rotors/Drums are required to pass a series of tests to validate that the modal parameters of a rotor/drum are within product specifications.

Power Steering Testing

The IQC automation controls Steering Column operation through a defined list of functional tests. This process allows Signalysis to maximize test cycle time and optimize test data integrity. Power Seat Testing

The IQC measurement system acquires dynamic response data from a defined set of transducers, sampling rates, digital filters and sample sizes. The IQC analysis engine uses high-level post-processing in both the time and frequency domains to detect faults in the drive motors, gear systems and other mechanical/moving parts during seat travel. Faults are detected based on customer and Signalysis developed metrics with statistically generated tolerance limits.

DC Motor Testing

This system provies automatic assembly line pass/fail of products based on mechanical vibration characteristics, analysis of functional electrical signals, and other measured and computed quantities. Pass/fail status may be determined from a direct comparison of measured data to a user defined threshold level.
