Based on years of practical experience, the Signalysis end-of-line Bearing quality inspection system is rugged, fully integrated, and configured for maximum performance.
The Signalysis Bearing Test System reduces warranty claims and customer complaints by identifying defects in roller element bearings before they leave your facility. Pass/Fail analysis once left to subjective judgement and antiquated machinery is now obtained through advanced algorithms and a precise, quantitative process.
HOW BEARING TESTING WORKS
Vibration data on the bearing is acquired
Standard measurements (Anderon levels, FTF, BPFO, & BDF)are calculated
Results are submitted to SigQC for evaluation
Measurements are compared against customized tolerance limits identifying acceptable bearings
A Pass/Fail or Go/No Go signal is dispatched to your production line
BEARING TEST SYSTEM COMPONENTS | SigQC:
Application software at the heart of IQC
Identifies product quality based on data source, acceptance tests, test cases and rejection limits
Supports in-depth statistical analysis features to indicate Pass/Fail status and generate production reports
Interface to test stand devices to control motors, relays, PLCs and indicator lights
Bearing dimensional data is used to calculate defect frequencies that can be used to create acceptance tests and reject criteria.
