Know the Status

Identify leading production unit failure modes using the Pareto Charts function. Generate summary charts that provide total station failures and display production failures from most to least significant. Isolate results by station and product using the application filter.

Pinpoint Failures

Identify the most recent rejected production units across all stations and products – or filter by station or product using the application filter. Each table row represents a recent failed unit. Columns identify the failure’s source and include detailed tolerance and measured value. Expand the row to drill down into every failure mode of the unit.

Compare History

View a history of measured values for one of multiple metrics. Compare sample populations from multiple stations or products. Use the filter to focus on specific stations or products.

Real-Time Updates

Insight reads SigQC test station data to provide, in a single location, live updates for all SigQC production stations. Determine available disk space, SigQC database size, and WAV file storage from the comfort of your office using the Station Status link.

Fast Review

Review all measured test results for a specific production unit on the Unit Review page. Units can be isolated by product and stations using the application filter. Locate a specific unit by entering its unique serial number. Or use the search tool to narrow the list of units presented based on a partial serial number and/or timestamp.
